Barbara McFadden, MS, BS, ADN, RN, LNHA, LNC, has many years of diversified nursing experience in long-term care, managed care, acute care, nursing education, healthcare administration, and quality improvement. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of a community hospital and currently serves on the NYSDOH Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Advisory Council. Ms. McFadden has performed extensive case work for both plaintiffs and defense teams. Currently in private practice, she consults for long-term care and assisted living facilities and is intensively involved in national nursing standards and practice. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and serves on the Education Committee of the New York Chapter of the American College of Health Care Executives.
